These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Belherr LLC website and your purchase of BELHERR® LOOOSE products (the "Site" and "Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from this Site.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability. We sell within the United States only. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free, and we may limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order.

3. Orders & Payment. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Payment must be received before an order ships.

4. Shipping & Returns. BELHERR® LOOOSE is a pressurized aerosol and ships by ground only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Email Marketing. If you opt in to email marketing, you consent to receive promotional emails from LOOOSE. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out anytime. See our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS / Text Message Marketing Terms. By opting in to the LOOOSE mobile message program (the "Program"), you agree that: the Program sends recurring automated marketing text messages to the number you provide; you opt in via the SMS consent box at checkout or a sign-up form and consent is not a condition of any purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you may reply STOP to cancel anytime or HELP for help; mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; and we do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including the BELHERR® and LOOOSE names, logos, and images, is owned by Belherr LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use & Product Safety. Use the Products only as directed on the can label. LOOOSE is a flammable pressurized aerosol; always read and follow all safety warnings before use.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability. The Site and Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belherr LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belherr LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Products or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
