Shipping Information

Because BELHERR® LOOOSE is an aerosol product, we ship by ground only to the lower 48 (contiguous United States). For safety and shipping regulations, we cannot ship aerosols by air — which means we're unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or PO boxes. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order delivered safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive in 2–5 business days after they leave our facility, depending on your distance from our Texas hub.

Why Ground Only?

BELHERR® LOOOSE is a pressurized aerosol can. Federal regulations classify aerosols as hazardous materials for air transport, so every order ships by ground within the lower 48 states. We are unable to ship by air under any service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your BELHERR® LOOOSE purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unopened products in original condition are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
