Refund policy

Returns. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible. For safety, opened or used aerosol cans cannot be returned.
How to start. Email jmcmillan@belherr.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Because LOOOSE is a pressurized aerosol, returns ship by ground only.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged/defective. Arrived damaged? Email jmcmillan@belherr.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.
